Your mental wellness!

In this season, with all that is happening around the world, it has become very imperative for each and everyone of us to consciously stay safe and guard our hearts too.

Our mental state matters and it also goes a long way to impact on our day-to-day life and decisions. The scripture says, 'Guard your heart with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life. Proverbs. 4 v 23.

I have listed below few tips that can help us stay safe and sane in the midst of chaos, I pray you find them useful:

*Do not loose sleep over things you do not have control over - pray and let God handle it, then concentrate on the ones within your control.

*Focus on what you can achieve on the immediate and take things one day at a time.

*You are not a failure, so do not beat yourself over your mistakes, they do not define who you are.

*Do not hold on to people who have hurt or wrong you, forgive them so you can have peace of mind.

*Live each day happy and be intentional about it.

It's time to do a check up on yourself.

Your mental wellness is solely your responsibility, guard your heart!
